Buffalo Wings - Paleo Style

Who doesn't love buffalo wings!? The Pats are playing right now, so it's a perfect time for some spicy buffalo wings.

Ingredients:
12 - wings or however many you want
2 tablespoons of coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sea salt

Sauce
1/2 a bottle of Franks Red Hot Original
1 tbsp butter
4 cloves of garlic minced

What to do:

Preheat your oven to 400F

Clean up your wings, cut off the tips, and dry them well with a paper towel and then place them on parchment paper.

Dust the wings lightly with the coconut flour mixture

Put the wings in the oven and bake for 20 minutes

While the wings are cooking, mix your butter, Frank's Red Hot Original, and fresh garlic in a pot.  Heat to melt the butter and blend the flavor.

Flip the wings and bake them for another 20 minutes (if you have smaller wings you will need to cook them for less time)

When the wings are done cooking, dump them in the pot of sauce, swirl them around.  Then take them out, put them on a plate, and serve with celery.
